The Fairlane Hotel Case Study
When a client arrives with a bold vision and a desire to collaborate with local creatives, you know something exciting is on the horizon. That’s what we experienced with Oliver Hospitality when transforming a 1970s bank building in downtown Nashville into The Fairlane Hotel. Armed with brand assets from the legends Reunion Goods & Services, our team and vendors set out to make this hotel a standout destination.
We kicked off pre-opening with a strategic plan, including collecting assets, curating a mysterious Instagram rollout, and creating a brand book, uniform standards, and local music playlists. Our focus on Nashville’s vibe and the building’s unique history laid the groundwork for a strong identity.
Once The Fairlane opened, we hosted travel influencers, produced lifestyle photoshoots with high-fashion models, and collaborated with local businesses for pop-ups and events. This sparked immediate buzz, quickly making The Fairlane a media hotspot in Nashville.
The results were undeniable. In 2022, Oliver Hospitality sold The Fairlane for $40 million—proof of the lasting impact we helped create.
