A 93 room hotel with food & beverage outlets yet to open; Beyond Content was tasked on programming a cultures seeking audience through events, marketing, local artist seasonal playlist, local art curation, and strategic partnerships. Media and social aspects of this project included photo and video media highlighting the hotel’s interior and exterior design, social media strategy, online community management, influencer engagement, and on-property activation. This included ideation and opening events strategy.
